1. The Brightwells, Farnham Win a Shop competition will be open for entries from Wednesday 12th February until Friday 21st March 2025.
2. To enter the competition, entrants must follow the instructions on the competition post/website, and click through to the online form, which must be completed.
3. All entries will be reviewed by the judging panel, and a shortlist of 3-5 applicants will be selected. These finalists will be interviewed before a final winner is chosen
4. Successful parties will contract into a lease to be excluded from Sections 24-28 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
5. Business rates, utilities and service charges are not included in the promotion. The occupier is eligible for these costs.
6. Full fit-out will be required but is not provided. The occupier will be responsible for these costs.
7. All entries must fall into one of the following categories: bookshop, haberdashery, pop-up gallery, wellbeing/beauty products or services, clothing, shoes or accessories, vintage/retro clothing store, traditional/American sweet shop, children’s toy or clothing store, local services, pet products, home décor, or florist. Charities and not-for-profit organisations will not be considered.
8. Minimum age of applicant should be 18 years.
9. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
10. There is no cash alternative available.
11. The winner will be notified via the contact details supplied to enter the competition.
12. By entering the promotion you accept these terms and conditions and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion.
13. If the entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.
14. The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the competition whatsoever.
15. The entrant’s personal information (name) will not be passed on to any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged.
16. Employees of Brightwells, Farnham and their relatives can enter this competition.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
